Terms of Service

Draft for review. TAGGED INC. has not approved this text yet, and it is not legal advice. Until it is approved, your employment or contractor agreement and any confidentiality agreement you signed are what bind you.

These terms cover the EBYSU Dashboard (the “Dashboard”, at https://ebysu.dev), the internal tool that TAGGED INC. (“we”, “us”), the company behind the EBYSU brand of natural health products, uses to prepare and check its product labels and related records. The Dashboard is for TAGGED INC. employees and the contractors we invite, such as label designers. By signing in you agree to these terms. They sit alongside your employment or contractor agreement and any confidentiality agreement you signed; where those are stricter, they win.

1. Who may use the Dashboard

Access is by invitation only. Your account is personal: do not share your password, authenticator app, passkeys or recovery codes, and do not let anyone else work under your name. An administrator decides what you can see and do — for a contractor usually only the products (SKUs) you work on — and can change or remove your access at any time, including when your work with us ends.

2. Keep your account secure

  • Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else, and keep your authenticator app or passkey on a device only you control.
  • Store your recovery codes somewhere safe; each one works once.
  • Sign out on shared or public devices.
  • If you think your account or a device was compromised, tell an administrator straight away so your sign-in can be reset.

3. Confidential information

Almost everything in the Dashboard is confidential to TAGGED INC.: label artwork and its drafts, product formulations and ingredient details, product licence information and its history, reviews by our regulatory consultants, supplier and printer details, and sales and stock figures. You may use it only to do the work we asked you to do. In particular:

  • Do not share files, screenshots, exports or figures with anyone outside TAGGED INC. unless your work requires it and we agreed to it.
  • Do not upload our files or information to other services (including other AI tools) unless we asked you to.
  • Download only what your work needs, keep it secure, and delete or return it when the work is done or when we ask.
  • These duties continue after your access ends.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the Dashboard only for TAGGED INC. work.
  • Do not try to get around permissions or reach products, pages or data outside your access, and do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Dashboard.
  • Upload only files that belong to the work and that you have the right to share with us; never malware or anything unlawful.
  • Do not upload personal information that the work does not need (for example customer details). The Dashboard is not meant to hold it.
  • Do not change settings, integrations or other people’s access unless your role includes it and the change is part of your work.

5. Files you upload

You confirm that you may share what you upload. Who owns artwork you create for us is set by your contractor agreement. You allow TAGGED INC. to store, copy, convert and analyse uploaded files — including the automated label reviews described below — to run the Dashboard and keep the record of each label.

6. Automated reviews and generated content

The Dashboard generates label content (such as Product Facts tables) from Health Canada’s product licence data and reviews label artwork with automated checks and an AI model. These are aids for our team, not regulatory or legal advice, and they can be wrong. A person at TAGGED INC. approves every label before it is printed, and TAGGED INC., as the licence holder, remains responsible for its labels.

7. Activity records

For security and accountability the Dashboard records sign-ins and failed attempts, session details, uploads, approvals and changes to settings and permissions. Administrators can review these records. Our Privacy Policy explains what is kept, why and for how long.

8. Availability

The Dashboard is provided as is for TAGGED INC.’s internal use. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features.

9. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example when your employment or contract ends or if these terms are not followed. Sections 3, 5 and 7 continue to apply afterwards.

10. General

We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date above; we will tell active users about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
